Please give a warm welcome to author Eve Newton

Tell us a bit about yourself

I’m Eve, wife and mother of 4, plus super busy writer! I Home educate my two eldest kids and will add the younger two when they are old enough.

Have you always wanted to become an author?

Yes, I have alway wanted to write in some capacity. I went through a stage of wanting to be a journalist, but I am more for the imagination than real life!

What was your inspiration for your current book/series?

I have been writing my current series since 2012. Now working on Book 18, which will also be book 1 of it’s own spin-off series. I love anything otherworldy and writing PNR is so much fun, so I grabbed onto an idea and ran with it!

What are you working on now?

I also have several anthology stories coming up and a co-write series as well due out this year.

Do you have any quirks while writing?

I write where I can! I sold my iMac desktop and bought a Macbook so that I could pick up and write when and wherever, as time is so short.

What are your hopes for the future?

I just want to keep writing and keeping reader’s entertained as much as possible.

Do you have any advice for new authors about the publishing world?

New author advice would be, don’t give up. It gets hard with marketing and your first bad review, writing is the easy part! Just stick with it as the rewards are worth it.
