Please give a warm welcome toTell us a bit about yourselfI’m Skye, I live in a cute little town in the West of Scotland, and I write books full of mythology, romance and unique characters. I published my first book in July 2017, when I was still working full-time in the media department of a university. I liked my job, but when my first few books were successful, I first halved my hours and then quit my job altogether about a year ago.I now work in my own home office (which I share with my two bunnies) with a view of the sea, and surrounded by hills, books and friendly people. Things couldn’t be better, really.°°Have you always wanted to become an author? In theory, yes. I’ve always loved writing stories, even when I barely knew the alphabet. I got a few stories published in anthologies as a teenager, which encouraged me to write more, but I was always told though that ‘normal’ people don’t become authors, that you can’t make a living from writing books, so I became a journalist instead. I never quite stopped writing fiction though, and after a couple of years of working in various creative jobs, I decided to try publishing after all. I mostly got the confidence to do so by chatting to other indie authors on social media and realising that they were all just like me.°°What was your inspiration for your current book/series? Catnip Assassins is a series about cats, but strangely enough, one of the inspirations for the personality of my main character is my bunny Emma. She’s a wee beastie, full of spirit and sass, always up to no good, and nobody can ever tell her what to do. I always say that she’s been a predator in another life – she definitely doesn’t behave like a prey animal.I’ve had cats in the past though, Muffin and her daughter Lily (also known as Crumbs), so all their little quirks and habits feed into the story too.°°What are you working on now?Right now I’m writing Purrr, the third book in the Catnip Assassins series. It’s a hilarious book and I keep laughing at all the weird things Kat, the main character, thinks and does. The series was supposed to be a trilogy, but it’s been more successful than expected and people keep asking me if there will be more books about Kat, so I’m currently deciding whether to wrap up the story in Purrr or continue with one or more books.°°Do you have any quirks while writing?I have a local café I like to go to a couple of time a week. The waitresses there know me well; one of them has even turned into a character (but I won’t tell you which one). There have been occasions when I started crying because the scene I was writing was so sad, and they usually bring me some free hot chocolate when that happens. I’ve told them never to give me the wifi code so that I don’t get distracted. If I need some motivation, I bribe myself with food. Write a thousand words, get a hot chocolate. Write another thousand words, get that piece of cake I’ve been staring at for an hour. And so on… not good for my waistline, very good for productivity. When I’m at home, I write in silence, music distracts me, but I don’t mind the sounds of a busy café for some reason. Sometimes I just sit there and secretly listen to the conversations around me – great inspiration.°°What are your hopes for the future?I’d like to continue writing the stories I love, spending time with my characters and immersing myself in their world. I’m incredibly lucky to be able to do this full-time, so I hope it stays that way. I’m going on my first international signing next year (Ballgowns and Books in Sydney), and I hope this is only the beginning of regular trips abroad to meet fellow authors and of course readers.I’ve recently started writing children’s books (as Isla Wynter) and I love doing that, so I hope that in future I will be able to do things like giving writing workshops to children, visiting schools and libraries, encouraging young people to be creative.°°Do you have any advice for new authors about the publishing world? It might all seem scary at first, but don’t forget that all authors started where you are now (and they’re all human too). Don’t be scared to ask for advice, do a lot of research, read a lot of books in the genre you’re writing in, and never forget to have fun.One thing that’s important is to find your own style and writing technique. When I started, I was told that I should plot my books, so I tried that, and then kept getting frustrated when my characters didn’t do what they were supposed to. It made me feel like I was failing and almost made me stop writing. Then, at some point, I simply decided to screw the plot I’d come up with and let the story flow – and that worked, the book came alive, writing was fun again. That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t listen to advice, but sometimes there are several opinions or ways of doing things, and you need to discover for yourself what works for you.°°Do you have anything to say to your fans?Thank you for reading my books and supporting me with your friendship, reviews and messages, basically. An author wouldn’t be able to exist without readers, so I value every single person who reads my books. I love hearing from you and I try to respond to every message I receive (although admittedly that is getting harder the more books I write). Also: Never stop dreaming and never, ever stop believing in unicorns.Buy linkMeowKoboAmazon24SymbolsBarnes & NobleAuthor linksTwitterWebsiteBookBubFacebookInstagramGoodreadsNewsletterSkye’s Book Harem
The first day I met the McGuire brothers, Lincoln hit me with a football.
Second day, Tyler, vowed to break down the walls I had around me.
A week later, Kayden made his move.
They knew what they wanted and were going after it.
But I had a secret. I just never knew how much of a secret it was until I met them.
All sixteen-year-old Faith Daniels, or Daniels for short, wanted was a chance. A chance to forget her dark past and forge her own future. But that’s hard to do when your past is full of great darkness.
Death always comes at a hefty price, more so, when you’re unsure if you’ve carried out such a sentence.
Given the chance to break free from her hometown with an officer by her side, Daniels will find out that sometimes it’s not the past you have to be worried about; the future can be just as scary. Especially in a new town where three hot neighbor guys want your attention.
As Tyler, Kayden and Lincoln McGuire try to break down the walls Daniels has formed; things get a little out of hand.
Maybe it was the dumb mutt that kept harassing her or the crazy cop foster parent that seemed to keep her on her toes, either way; Daniels walls were cracking. Sometimes it takes more than just one guy to keep your walls down. To gain your trust. To help you love again.
Maybe for Daniels, three guys was her lucky number.

With an agoraphobic mother and a barely-there father, Sang abhors the isolation keeping her in the shadows. The only thing Sang craves is a fresh start and to be accepted as ordinary by her peers, because for her being different meant being cast out alone.
When her family moves to a new school district, Sang infiltrates a group of boys nearly perfect in every way. Grateful for an influence outside of her parents’ negativity, she quickly bonds with the boys, hoping to blend in and learn from them what it means to have a natural relationship with friends.

Not that they see her coming…

Now a team that needs her skill has offered her a way out of her predicament and it’s her last chance: work with them, or face jail time. Kayli resists at first, but slowly the boys reveal they can be trusted. With Marc, the straight man, Raven, the bad-boy Russian, Corey and Brandon the twins as different as night and day, and Axel their stoic leader, there’s a lot Kayli can learn from these Academy guys about living on the edge of the law. Especially when the job they offer her is more than any of them bargained for. After it’s done, the hunters have become the hunted and their target is now after Kayli. The Academy boys do their best to keep her hidden, but a thief like Kayli will never sit still for long.

Kota Lee has been trying for weeks to get the girl up the street to notice him. She’s beautiful and intriguing, but seems incredibly shy. Too shy. Every time he tries to get close, she dodges him, like a skittish little bird, flittering away out of his reach.
Troubled by her haunted looks, he’s tried to give her some space, respect her need for solitude. Still, he can’t forget those eyes that are haunted and–he thinks–maybe hiding secrets.
One dark night as thunderclouds are rolling in, he’s driving home late and spots her standing in the road. It’s too late for her to be out for a walk and the pack on her back tells him what she’s doing: she’s about to run away.
She could get hurt, or worse, disappear forever. He can’t let her go; he’d never forgive himself if he did.

His revelation changes the pack’s perception of her, but the only perception she cares about is her first mate’s who, like fate in the flesh, walked through the palace doors on the same day as the Elder.

Book ONE of SIX.
They’ve given up finding the perfect woman…until she finds them.
Since graduating college, world-renowned criminologist Sean Hayward and his four super-genius friends have collected Nobels and Pulitzers like baseball cards. What they don’t have? Notches on their bedposts. Aside from their relentless schedules, the reasons are…complicated.
The Kensington mansion Sean, Kurt, Sawyer, Andrei, and Devon share is more than just a mailing address. It’s their refuge, a safe place with everything they need, except someone to manage the household while they juggle their crazy schedules.
When Sascha Dubois sashays through the door rocking her generous curves, vintage pencil skirt, and sky-high heels, it’s clear the sassy American is more than just a housekeeper. She’s someone Sean had given up looking for—the one woman to fill the cold, empty space in their lives, as well as their beds.
One by one, each man is drawn to her fire. But Sean holds back. Because while Sascha could very well be the missing piece of their puzzle, letting her in would give her the power to break their hearts.
Note: Charmed by Them is part one of a ten-part story. Contains polyamorous romance and a cliffhanger ending leading into the next installment.

Thousands of years ago, the Atlanteans dabbled in magic that they shouldn’t have, and they destroyed their continent. A fact that the Fey use to their advantage. I hate that. After they killed my mother, I even started to hate them. But that hatred doesn’t seem to matter when I look at him. Fairy hunter. Deadly. Beautiful. Intent on inserting himself into my life. Well, we’ll just see about that.

Please give a warm welcome to author Robyn Peterman
NYT and USA Today best selling author, Robyn Peterman writes because the people inside her head won’t leave her alone until she gives them life on paper. She writes snarky, sexy, funny paranormal and snarky, sexy, funny contemporaries.
Her addictions include laughing really hard with friends, shoes (the expensive kind), Target, Coke Zero Cherry with extra ice in a styrofoam cup, bejeweled reading glasses, her kids, her super-hot hubby and collecting stray animals.
A former professional actress, with Broadway, film and T.V. credits, she now lives in the south with her family and too many animals to count. Writing gives her peace and makes her whole, plus having a job where she can work in her underpants works really well for her.

The Sea Shenanigans Series has been a delight to write and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I loved writing it.
Book 1 – Tallulah’s Temptation
Running a tourist trap for humans in the Bermuda Triangle had sounded like a fine plan—until it wasn’t. With the Sea Hags gunning for our island, I did what any desperate Mermaid would do. I called for backup.
Unfortunately, they sent Pirate Doug, the scoundrel that pillaged our treasure along with my heart.
What in the Chicken of the Sea was I thinking?
Book 2 – Ariel’s Antics
What in a clam shell does a Mermaid have to do to find true love?
Saving my island home is a must. However, the mission is to seek out the very Selkie who stole my heart, the same asshat whose Johnson I’d tried to truncate.
Ask any tuna you happen to see. Who’s the craziest Mermaid? That would be me.
Book 3 – Misty’s Mayhem
What’s love got to do with it? If you’re Cupid, everything. If you’re me, not a thing in the sea.
I don’t believe in love. Poseidon is smoking some bad seaweed if he expects me to take the one job I’m obviously not qualified for… The God of Love.
Stay tuned because I’m about to give love a bad name.
Book 4 – Madison’s Mess
What could possibly go wrong when a Mermaid and a Werewolf are sent on a dangerous mission by the drunken, diaper-wearing God of the Sea?
Better question. What could possibly go right?
