Fantasy Fest Rijswijk 5 #costumes

This guy was a steam punk genius! He opened the doctors bag on top only to pull out a delicate floral tea cup, then he bent down valve and out came piping hot water into the tea cup. He then went back to the bag on top where he produced tea. Genius!
