One of the days in our vacation we visited Pula with the beautiful amphitheatre.

The Pula Arena (Croatian: Pulska Arena; Italian: Arena di Pola) is a Roman amphitheatre located in Pula, Croatia. It is the only remaining Roman amphitheatre to have four side towers entirely preserved. It was constructed between 27 BC and AD 68,[1] and is among the world’s six largest surviving Roman arenas.[1] The arena is also the country’s best-preserved ancient monument.

Behind the amphitheatre was a church. Around the amphitheatre was a garden full of gorgeous herbs like rosemary and lavender. On the picture below is a rendition of Pula.

From Pula we continued to the city Rovijn

I let my mom climbe the hill up to the church while I took a break with some refreshments.
