Tell us a bit about yourself

My name is S.E. Isaac. I am a mother of three amazing boys. I am a US Army veteran. I live in Sin City with my two youngest sons (my oldest is in college! 😊 ), my fiance’, and my two pups. I enjoy playing sports, writing, and going on road trips.

Have you always wanted to become an author?

Being an author wasn’t at the top of my list of “Things I want to be when I grow up”; however, I have a son with autism & schizoaffective. He doesn’t do well with babysitters so I’m unable to work because of that and the school calls me frequently so I can’t work during school hours either.

Writing has been my passion since I was around eight years old. I hit major depression around this age, and I turned to writing as an escape from reality. That’s why my author logo is “Escape Reality”. I hope my words can help readers take a step out of their world and into another world without worries of their daily lives or struggles they are going through.

What was your inspiration for your current book/series?

I am currently working on Motorcycle Club books. They were inspired by my two author friends, Eden Rose & Josette Reuel. I have never written MC books so I accepted the challenge and dove in. Super nervous to see if readers like it, but I have my fingers crossed.

What are you working on now?

I currently have six books that I am working on at once. They are all of the romance genres but different sub-genres of romance. (i.e. paranormal romance, MC, Reverse Harem, etc.)

My next release is “Wolfe Brothers” written by myself and Eden Rose. Releases December 3rd on Amazon.

Do you have any quirks while writing?

Ooo. Good question. Quirks? Not really. I just like to sit down and go with the flow. I’m what many would call a ‘pantser’ writer. I just go wherever my brain and the characters take me.

What are your hopes for the future?

My hopes for the future in my personal life are simple; I hope for good health and happiness for my family and friends. For my professional life, I just want to become a millionaire :-p Okay. Maybe not a millionaire, but I would like for readers to know my name and enjoy my writing.

Do you have any advice for new authors about the publishing world?

New authors, keep your head up. The publishing world can be challenging. Things won’t be a cake walk but with determination and hard work you’ll do amazing!
