Mallory Kent PA #interview

Please give a warm welcome to

Tell us a bit about yourself

I am a 35 year old secretary from Vancouver, WA (USA). I enjoy reading, crafting and spending time with those people who are important in my life.

°

How long have you been a PA?

I started PA work in April of 2019

°

Have you always wanted to be a PA?

No, I didn’t really know what a PA did honestly. I was just asked to work for some authors one day and I enjoy helping them so I jumped on it. I would have done it for free to be honest but they wouldn’t let me. Haha.

°

What do you do as a PA?

I always have a hard time with this questions because I don’t really know the line between what is actual PA work and what I am doing for fun. Lol. I keep the calendar for Takeovers, sign then up for events, handle tasks that they need me too, sometimes I make graphics, find teasers, I promote their books and manage their groups… I do a lot of the tasks that would keep them from writing basically.

°

Do you have any quirks while working?

I don’t think so?

°

What are your hopes for the future?

I hope everyone realizes how awesome my authors are and love them as much as I do. Yea, I’m talking about you, Kendra Moreno, K.A. Knight and Poppy Woods, you talented bishes.

°

Do you have any advice for new PA’s?

Make friends in the PA community, ask loads of questions, ask for help and always remember that you and your authors are a team, what is good for them is good for you.

°

Are you available for new work or booked solid.

I am not taking on any full time authors at the moment but I do offer some of my services on their own and an author could PM me anytime to see what those services are.
