Please give a warm welcome toTell us a bit about yourself

I’m 26 in 2 days and I’m going onto a pump for type one diabetes ❤️ I’m a mum to fraternal twins who’ll be 4 next Valentine’s Day. I’m from England born and raised and writing is my passion. Not just books but poems and songs as well. I love to sing, bake and watch anything with Ryan Reynolds or Tom Ellis. I also have a awesome fella and we tease each other relentlessly but we’re always supportive of each other too.

Have you always wanted to become an author?

When I was younger I wanted to be a nurse or horse rider 😂 I’ve been writing since I was roughly about 12 and fell in love with it. Always wanted to publish but was to scared too and decided to pursue mechanics, got fully qualified but health got in the way.

What was your inspiration for your current book/series?

It started off as a random idea that popped into my head, I’ve always loved supernatural style films and programmes and the Greek mythology fascinated me 😂 but I couldn’t get the idea to stick and then I was moaning out loud and my fella helped me to finally work out exactly what to do. As for the characters there’s a little of me in everything I write and sometimes true life experiences. Not everything but I find it easier to write from experience, and book boyfriends 😂

What are you working on now?

I’m working on my new series called The Drop of Death. It’s a Rh dystopian, apocalyptic world with a twist. I’m currently writing book 2.Do you have any quirks while writing?

Shouting at my characters, crying when I write something sad, talking to my pup. I apparently pull faces depending on what I’m writing but couldn’t say for sure 😂 and music gotta have some noise in the background.

What are your hopes for the future?

I’m not in this for the money, I write because I love too and I wanted to share it. Ideally I hope to make enough to continue funding the other books I write, but either way I’ll find a way to make it happen. My mum thinks they’ll become films but I laugh it off every time not something that really interests me 😂

Do you have any advice for new authors about the publishing world?

Never stop writing, if you love it then just keep going. Don’t take any negative reviews too hard, there will always be someone who won’t enjoy your work, just like they’ll be those who’ll love them and want to read more. Always find the right people for you, be it support or to work with or my case, both. I have a great team behind me who I absolutely love chanderella daily is my editor and my sister from another mother while savannah richey is the my pa and a fantastic friend. That’s not even mentioning the beta readers I have who keep me on the straight and narrow.

Do you have anything to say to your readers?

Thank you. Thank you for taking the time to read my book, for taking a chance on such a new author and making me feel a little less like a newbie. The reviews whether 5 star or 1 help me to learn and improve. And I honestly read every review I get and try to reply to every message or comment that is posted for me. If I’ve ever missed yours I’m sorry, but feel free to do it again and I’ll try not to miss it for a second time. I love you guys and I couldn’t have done this without you. Thanks fo joining me on this crazy journey and I’m sure we’ll all enjoy the ride.
